Delivery details.
Same day delivery is available for inner Adelaide metropolitan areas for orders received by 11am. All outer SA metropolitian areas and intersate metro areas - Next day delivery for orders received by 4pm. SA rural, interstate country areas, SA greater and KI - allow an extra day for delivery. Orders received after 5pm will be deeemed as being received the next business day. Delivery can be made to residential or business addresses or PO Boxes. We use a reputable courier which may charge a re-delivery fee if the recipient is not able to sign for their gift. If you do not authorise for your gift to be left without a signature in your order you may be charged a re-delivery fee of $6.20.
Other bits and pieces
We will dispatch your order as close to your preferred delivery date as possible (at times your order may arrive a little earlier). On rare occasions delays with couriers can be experienced which are out of our control. We cannot accept responsiblity if this occurs.
When selecting a delivery address you should select one where the recipient or other appropriate person is available to sign for their gift, that way it will not have to be redelivered. We deliver to business and residential addresses and PO Boxes between 8am - 6pm. We cannot accept a specific delivery time.
When placing your order you will have the ability to leave instructions for your BLOOM to be left in a safe place. Bloom'a'licious does not take responsibility for the safety of your order should you choose to leave it unattended.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday, unless it is a Public Holiday in which case your order will then be processed on the following working day.
No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday or Publc Holidays.
