Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, your money will be refunded less an administration fee of $10. This only applies to cancellations received 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be made once your order is with our courier.
Refunds
At bloom’a’licious we are proud of the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that your bloom or gift is damaged in any way, please call or email us immediately so we can ascertain the necessary solution, or

To assist with quality control, refunds will not be issued until receipt of original damaged bloom.
Ordering & Delivery
Same Day delivery is available to the inner Adelaide metropolitan area for orders received by 11 am. Outer Metro and interstate metro is Next Day delivery for orders received by 4pm SA time. All other areas allow 1-3 days delivery from receipt of order. Orders received after 5.00pm SA time, will be deeemed as being received the next business day. Delivery can be made to residential or business addresses or PO Boxes. We use a reputable courier which may charge a re-delivery fee if the recipient is not able to sign for their gift. If you do not authorise for your gift to be left without a signature in your order you may be charged a re-delivery fee of $6.20.
We will dispatch your order as close to your preferred delivery date as possible (at times your order may arrive a little earlier). On rare occasions delays with couriers can be experienced which are our out of our control. We cannot accept responsiblity if this occurs.
Please ensure the correct delivery address is supplied, any discrepancies may result in re-delivery at your cost or late delivery.

Substitution
At bloom’a’licious we rely on the stock levels of our trusted suppliers, but sometimes stock is phased out due to seasonality or simply not being available. So, at times we will have to replace items in our blooms for a close substitute. This will not affect the quality, style or value of the bloom you have ordered. We ensure that your bloom will be a close match to the original. Some items which may have to be substituted include the glazed square ceramic pot, the mink plush soft toys, posy boxes and decoration.
Consumption of Chocolates
Upon receiving your chocolate bloom be sure to keep it out of direct sunlight and in a room with an even temperature, ideally between18-20°C. Temperature fluctuations can cause white flecks to occur which affects the appearance of the chocolate but not the taste or quality. The process whereby excessive heat causes the cocoa butter crystals to rise to the surface and form a fine white film or fleck is actually called ‘blooming’.
Chocolate blooms can be kept for up to 3 months and the sugared almond flowers can be kept for 6-12 months.
GST (Goods & Services Tax)
All products on this website attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised are inclusive of GST.
Currency
All prices on this website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
Fraud
It is an illegal offence to place orders under a false name, with a fraudulent credit card/debit card or without the consent of the cardholder. All persons found to have placed a fraudulent order may be prosecuted.
bloom’a’licious may amend the Terms of Service occasionally,
any amendments made will be effective immediately.
